We attended Madre's ""Patron Dinner"" last night, and my party felt as though we were having dinner in a cafeteria. The waitress was great, but the servers were terrible. Before we were half way through our first course, the servers we bringing out the next dish. They knocked over several of our glasses, and never bothered to apologize. Each one in our group a different item from the items being served that night. My rubbery prawns were drowning in a rather bland sauce; the oxetails were under-cooked and tasteless. Their boneless chicken breast tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for hours.

Cons: Mediocre service coupled with uninspired and bland food
