I am so excited about the drive-in opening on Friday. I go every year just about every other week more if possible. It is so much fun. My husband takes the truck and I take the van and we park next to each other. We sit in the van together and the kids take pillows and blankets and sit in the back of the truck. Once in awhile we leave the kids home and get to pretend we are back in high school and go out to dinner and the drive-in. So far all of our experiences have been great. Even if we've seen a movie we'll go just cause it's fun. The people who work there have been nice and the price to get in is pretty cheap especially if you have kids under 12. The popcorn is great. It is accually so good that when we go, my sister has us buy her a bag to give her the next day. The refreshments are a little pricey but well worth it, and the great thing is if you don't want to spend the extra money on drive-in munchies you can bring your own. It's a must do for the summer. There's nothing better than to go to the drive-in on a warm summer night with your windows rolled down to feel the cool, fresh air, eating buttery popcorn, sipping soda watching a good movie accually two since you get two movies for the price of one. Remember the drive-in is opening this Friday 4/6/07 go and have fun.
Pros: Cheap family fun, friendly service, yummy snack bar.
Cons: I really can't think of any.
