P.F. Changs is probably one of my top 3 favorite places to dine in the Triangle. I can't get enough of the cool, dark atmosphere and the trendy decor. The staff is always kind and considerate, and service is generally pretty fast (depending on the time of day). Even the pickiest eater will find something on their extensive menu, ranging from traditional Asian fare to some items unique to the restaraunt. When I go there, I usually share a couple of entrees with whoever I'm with (the Orange Peel Chicken and Singapore Noodles are especially good) and opt for dessert (TO DIE FOR Banana-filled Spring Rolls). For a special evening or occasion, the menu also has a long list of mixed drinks and wines, so come thirsty, but drink responsibly! A perfect 10 in my book!
