I can't say enough positive things about my experience at Diakadi. Over the past several years, I have slowly watched the extra pounds creep on. I decided I really wanted to make a healthy lifestyle change. I was not a gym person and I avoided them due to inexperience and embarrassment. I took a tour of Diakadi and they recommended the perfect trainer for me. I have been working with an amazing trainer, Caitlyn Allen, for 9 months. She is supportive, knowledgable, and encouraging. She helped me feel comfortable going to the gym again. She is extremely motivating and always has a positive attitude. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer.
