These people are rude! I placed an order two weeks before I needed it done. The designer takes four days to get a simple design to me. It takes three tries to get it right. Everytime the designer sends me a design that needs a change I ask him if it can still be done by the date they promised and he says "yeah, no problem." I dont hear from him for two days and I need my shirts the following day, I call again , he says he will have a design by the end of the day...nothing happens. I call on the day I need the shirts and I get routed to the receptionist. I tell her the situation and she snaps at me, 'You need five days after design approval until we can finish the shirts.' I was never told this any of the four times I asked if the shirts would still be ready the day I needed them. I hear a big huff and a ' just hold on for a second' Her boss gets on the phone and before I open my mouth I get to hear "Before you say anything you're wrong, you're wrong , you're wrond and you're wrong...we deal with big clients like Home Depot and we dont need your business, you're wrong about everything you say...but since you need them I'll do you a favor and get them done, but just so you know were a big buisness and dont need to worry about small orders." I bit my lip and took it because all I wanted were my shirts. ...At four that afternoon I get an email saying since I wasn't fast enough and they are so busy there is no way I can get my shirts that day....Good job Kapture Industries, your big booming company is so successful you just lost a client .....but it wont affect you because your such a big deal.....I wonder how good you really are when your designer can't get a softball jersey logo made after three attempts......Eric is the manager and he is rude, bitter and immature.
