My husband and I took my Mother and My sister to dinner there we were seated. The waitress came and took our drink order, when she brought them to the table she did not get them right. then she took our order. My husband and I order a shared steak dinner. The waitress after about 10 minutes came back and said that they did not have so my husband and I choose another steak. I order my steak medium well. When our food finally came out my steak was leaving bleeding on the plate I asked the Waitress to take it back and cook it alittle longer. Within 5 minutes she brought the steak back. I was as hard as could be. It had been microwaved. I explain to the waitress that I would not be eating this because if was not worth eating. I explain that I would pay for the potatoe and the soup that I had eaten. When she brought the ticket the potatoe was 4.99 and the soup was 2.99. With the meal they were .99. I told her that I would not pay for this
I asked for the manager, this man came out and preceeded to tell me that since I did not have a steak those were the charges. I informed him that the reason why I did not have my steak was because someone thought that microwaving a steak was a good idea. After he became ruder and louder he agree to only charge me the .99 price, and I then asked who own the location he informed me that he did. I advise him that I would not ever be back and I would let people know how he treated us. When I said this he baughed to me and said thank you and the waitress started laughing. I paid the bill and left. I believe is supporting the local community but if this is the Service that you get and people feel they have not other choice to go somewhere else we should just stay at home and enjoy a meal and service that we appreciate.
