I have moved more times then I can count on two hands. When we called APioneer it was late at night but we still got a call back letting us know that the office was closed but that they would call us around 8:30 in the morning. And they did, we got a call at 8:15am. The sales gal was super patient, as I had not had my mornign jo yet. She was upfront about the price and about what things I would have to pay extra for if I did not take care of it myself. She made sure she sent me everything in writing inlcuding the prices on the boxes and stuff. That was a first! I checked them out and then called back to settle up and pick my date. When the guys came I was not disappointed. Me being me, did not pack things like the TV's or the mirrors. I had no clue how to do it and even though they gave me packing tips I just did not get it done. The foreman came and he walked through the house with me and he let me know what had to be packed and what each item would cost. But I was not surprised because my sales rep had already told me what things would cost if I did not do it myself. But the guys worked hard and they worked fast. I was really impressed when the little guy picked up my chest of drawers and carried it out on his back all by himself. No way I could have done that!!! All in all everyone was great and they really did live up to their slogan for a "smooth move from start to finish."
