I stopped in el Rey Sol on a whim one day with a friend and we were both extremely impressed. Good prices, fresh tasting ingredients, and generous servings make this one a winner. It's small but as a result the service is great and the food comes fast. Also, check out the creepy bathoom downstairs! From my experience, for a good Mexican meal Veracruzana is el Rey Sol's only peer in the city.
