Tuesday night at Mitra - attentive staff (Tim) gave good advice on wine and entree selection and matching the two. Paella is lovely - light, flavorful, full of shrimp, scallops, mussels. The pulled pork is lick-the-plate good, with cream cheese mashed potatoes. Favorite appetizers on the tasting plate are the calamari, the fritters and the micro-tostadas (the true name is on the menu, but that's the concept - awesome in execution.) The restaurant setting is beautiful with lots of warm colors and great use of lighting and fabric. Perfect for a romantic occasion and a happy dinner event with family and friends.
Pros: Menu, service, atmosphere
