I had been told wonderful things about this pediatric group, so I got all excited to add my 14 month old son to their mass of children. I started calling the number on Monday and after a 30 min session of lite mix 99.9 I was told that I could not schedule a new client sick appointment until the day I wanted him to be seen. I said that I wanted him to be seen that day and then she stated that they don't "do" appointments for sick babies in the afternoon (1:00pm), but that I would have to call back the next day first thing in the morning. SO... I did just that. Tuesday I started my attempts at calling at 8 o'clock on the dot! The phone stayed busy till 8:57am. Finally a person answered the phone and asked me if I could hold.
