Even if you never have tried Vietnamese cuisine, this is the place to enjoy some authentic dishes. They keep all the ""interesting"" ingrediants on the side so you can add them as you wish. The food tastes so fresh. The Pho (pronounced ""FAH"") is basically a noodle soup with different ingrediants of your choice. It's warm and might be better than chicken soup to cure whatever ails you! The restaurant is actually a cozy corner of The Coffee Shop at TI. The wait staff is friendly and effecient, and you KNOW it's good when you see different nationalities trying the authentic Vietnames food!
Pros: Authentic Vietnamese with friendly service.
Cons: Might be a little pricey, but a bargain compared to most restaurants on LV Blvd.
