I took my Cadillac DeVille to this shop. Told them i wanted an electrical test and a system charge test. I left the shop thinking my car was in good hands. They called and told me my car needed new battery cable bolts. I gave them the go-ahead to replace the bolts. I asked if that was causing the battery drain and they said yes. I asked if that is going to fix the problem, they once again said yes. I paid my bill in full and left with the car.\r
\r
Now, 4 days later the car is dead again. I call them and they tell me to bring the car back so they can check. I ask if i will be charged for the test again and was told, ""I don't know"". Well, who wants to pay for the same test twice? NOT ME.\r

I took my car to another mechanic and he ran a system charge check and determined the car has a system drain somewhere. The drain on the battery is CONSTANT. Why didn't they see the drain?\r
\r
I called them today to ask that question. Was told by Steve that i needed to bring the car in so he can check it. I asked if a test was run on the car AFTER the new bolts were installed. He said,""Yes there was another test done and it showed no drain"". I told him that it is a constant drain and there is no way they could not have seen if they actually tested it. The place my vehicle is now, saw it as soon as he began the test. He has tested it, with the vechile OFF for 2-3 hours. It is draining the battery the whole time.\r

Obviously this Andy and Georges did not perform the tests i asked for or they WOULD have seen this problem. I would not take your car here for ANY reason. Stay clear of this shop and find 1 that has morals and are willing to stand behind their work.
Pros: None that i see
Cons: Lies about the tests performed.
