My wife and I have been to Italy a couple of times, and both times for stays 3 weeks or longer. W are adventurous and would try food all over the large and small towns we visited, so I'd say we should know what good Italian food tastes like. Well, this isn't it. As some others have mentioned, the pasta was overcooked and bland. Pasta should have a ""bite"" to them, and shouldn't be like the limp stuff served here. It might taste fine to some, but it definitely isn't authentic. They do serve a lot of it though.\r
