BEWARE OF THIS BUILDER! They will not hesitate to change the application process mid-steam if it suits their needs. Although they are selling the apartments first come, first serve (given that you qualify), they will insue a bidding process if they receive two applications around the same time. This is a bad business practice and does not bode well for their reputation.
