I used B&B when they first opened several years ago, the staff then and the manager, Laura were excellent, but since then they've expanded and the quality of service has really gone down hill. No one really seems to know what they're doing, and there seems to be a high staff turnover, never a good sign, it's like dropping your dog off to the staff at McDonalds.\r

What is potentially an excellent idea-- conveniently located doggy daycare in NYC, really falls short in the execution-- disorganized, over priced, not sanitary
