First of all, D B S E. set up my appointment for 8 a.m.., EIGHT A. M.!!! That's way too early for me, but that's okay since I wanted to get this lighting fixture done. To cut a very long story short, I waited for an hour and twenty minutes..., and NO SHOW. I didn't even get a call from them to tell me why they're running late. Of course, I cancelled the appointment. I can't stand incompetence. Avoid them at all cost.
