Although I love the service at the Brentwood location, the staff on Skinker are downright rude. It seems it is more important that the staff gets the place closed down on time, than to actually have happy customers. On a recent Sunday night, I was desperately in need of a hot drink and some time on the laptop. I was sold the drink, but at 9:15 was asked to move into another room so they could begin closing down. He was chagrined when I informed him the other room was full, so reluctantly he let me sit, alone, in the closed off room. Two other employees buzzed by to let me know that they close at 10. I was quite aware. \r
So, I rate the Kayak's on Skinker as average. I'll give them another chance, but only because it's close to my house, and they have free internet.
