The salon itself is nicely decorated and clean. The receptionists are helpful and friendly. My stylist is very personable, professional and is attentive to what you want done with your hair, especially if you bring in a photo. She didn't cut it exactly as I had hoped either time and one side was a little uneven, but it was close enough that I was happy with the result. My only complaint is the price. I paid $40 (plus tip) to have my bangs cut and my ends trimmed - WOW!!! Heidi's may be moving from this location soon and I'd love to follow my stylist, but on my budget, I just can't afford to pay that much for a simple hair cut. Too bad because I really like her!
