The basic problem of this place is that people who work there are very unprofessional. The service is inconsistent, as you saw from other reviews. In our case it was bad, and over the phone it was horrible. Most of the emplyees there are plain rude and should be kept away from customers. Elementary alterations may take them weeks to do. They will make you travel there a zillion of times to try your dress on after every second pin is put in it....I don't know why this happens- one would think a visit or two should be enough to just make a dress shorter - but not there. They are very unwilling to work on week-ends, as well as after 6 pm daily (and this is the only time I was there), so if you live some distance away and work- you may want to think twice before going there.\r
The girls at the reception are just dumb. When I came there for the first time with my fiance to have a look at the dresses together, they (the girls at the reception) would not allow him to accompany me down to the fitting room on the grounds that men are not allowed there. However, two men were already sitting there! The same story repeated on our second visit. We ended up by simply ignoring them- which they did not mind, however.\r
