They quoted $110 per hour including 1 hr. travel time. Minus a 10% senior discount. OK, sounded reasonable. When I was presented a contract at the outset it read $125 per hour. I called ""John"" in the Medford office from whence the crew (must say, an excellent crew - the crew chief told me that in his 16 yrs he often had to pay angry customers out of his own pocket!!!) came. He told me it was ""a misprint"". I then noticed a 10% ""fuel surcharge"" - gasoline was back down to $2.39 and it was 45 miles to the terminal.\r

I called John again and complained no one had told me. He responded: ""Did you ask?"" Smart answer.\r

The moving crew was about to leave. I contested the total because there was no Senior Discount indicated. I called John again and was told ""Oh, that's in Florida only"">\r

John and I are finall going to meet. In small claims court.\r

Please be warned.\r
