This is the best Indian food I've eaten in my life hands down. The Vegetarian is an undiscovered gem just a stone's throw from Minneapolis. We were seated without fuss at almost nine o'clock and were treated to some of the best service in the Twin Cities. Though we know the more people find out about the Vegetarian the harder it will be to get a table, it will be well worth it to keep this revelation alive. \r

We each ordered the same dinner special, a sampler of Palak Paneer, Samosa, Pulao, Dal, Raita, Vegetable, and a mango desert that blew our minds. It was only $12 a piece and they kept the Chai coming the whole meal. You can't go wrong with such a reasonably priced offering that hits all the bases and leaves you wanting more. We almost went back again the next night, but I ate the leftovers for lunch.\r

The chef came to our table to check on us and answer all of our questions. I implore everyone who loves food to check out the Vegetarian.
