I eat at Frank's every time I visit Tucson. Frank's is open from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. weekdays for breakfast or lunch (and opens at 7 a.m. on Saturday and 8 a.m. on Sunday). This is a one of a kind place with good food and service. The food is standard American breakfast foods plus some Southwest additions in an often noisy place. The big sign out front says ""Fine Dining Elsewhere"", but for inexpensive good food this is hard to beat. By the way, Frank's reoopens for dinner under another name - I've not tried that cuisine however.
Pros: Food, inexpensive
Cons: Atmosphere, parking is limited, often busy
