Progress Contracting began an extensive deck project and disappeared after receiving a large payment. Left the deck in a dangerous state (missing railings, no gate around a pool, stairs not secured to main deck) and will not respond to phone calls and letters. Some of the work he did complete was substandard (warped decking and lattice, decking not properly secured) and will need to be redone by another contractor. Avoid this contractor.
