These guys may do a good job, but their customer service is really bad. It's kind of like you are stuck in a time warp in the lives of these employees who have all been working there FOREVER and act like it too. On more than one occasion, from more than one of the employees I have felt uncomfortable asking questions due to the short or arrogant response. They really should try smiling every once in a while or maybe it's time to just get a new job because it is obvious that they don't really like the one that they have got.
Pros: They are one of the only blueprint places on the Eastside
