Living in this property has been the worst renting experience of my life. The property manager is rude and forget it if you need help with anything. The maintenance crew has no common sense and if something needs to be fixed plan on at least one repeat visit from them. Parking is a nightmare as people will constantly park in your spot and property management will not do anything about it. The pool which I paid out the wazoo for was only open 2 months this summer. And last, the apartment had a leak which damaged some of my property and the property made me pay for it out of my own pocket. The place is falling apart. The only good part was my neighbors.
