Northglenn Dodge lost our first four square and cost us an extra $200 per month on our payments when we redid the deal. They sent the payoff for our trade in to the wrong bank and we did not know until we got called about the bank going to repo the trade in. Then it also caused a negative mark on our credit on a loan we had never defaulted on before. He said he would fix it and now refuses to. They fired the finance lady when I complained admitting guilt but refusing to fix it. We have bought two cars from them and they have refused to do something as simple as make a couple calls and send a letter to fix our credit. They also resold our trade in vehicle before they even had the title and we were still responsible for the payments on the trade in car so we couldn't even return the vehicle we bought and get the car we still owed on back. The GM also insulted my wife and didn't think we heard him while we were buying our first car. They also did not honor the 30-day warranty on my second car and I had to raise hell just to get a windshield replaced that was actually on a Due Bill that the dealership still owed me. I have also yet to receive copies of the documents from my second car and the finance guy will not return calls or e-mails. This is a dealership that gives every dealership a bad name.
Pros: None whatsoever.
Cons: Every aspect.
