I had a stylist there who completely frustrated me and wasted my time. I had asked for partial highlights with color for the rest of the hair, describing the degree of lightness for the highlights and the shade of the color to great detail. I then asked - 'could you give that to me?' and she said yes... then as we washed out the dye and highlighting creme i realized the my hair looked bright ORANGE and not blonde, so i asked her if she could put the foils on for a little bit longer. Not only was her attitude bad and seemingly irritated (like i was wasting her time) - she REFUSED to do it. claiming it would damage my hair ""A LITTLE"". I told her that I used to home process my hair a lot and anything a salon could do to damage my hair wouldn't even compare to what I used to do 3 years ago. She still refused. I simply can't BELIEVE that such a high end salon would refuse a customer service like that... I had to get a manager, and it turns out that after he said it was okay to do - that she hadn't booked me for the full amount of time it should have taken to complete my process. (or i think that this is true at least...) This sucked!
Pros: excellent cuts - this comes from a person who used to care less about my cut...
Cons: some stylists are difficult and stubborn
