We cancelled because of an unexpected death in the immediate family, and they demanded full payment beyond the 33% deposit we?d already put down; when we requested to receive the raw materials for the food to help us recoup some of the additional costs, they claimed they didn?t have the food (unsure why we needed to pay for it).
