Very good Italian food, no doubt about it. The other items (sandwiches, etc.) are average. Their biggest problem, however, is MESSING UP TAKE OUT ORDERS. 9 out of 10 times they will get it wrong even after repeating the order to you on the phone. This is an ONGOING PROBLEM that has not been addressed on their part. We are to the point where we ""bet"" on what they are going to screw up. Today's turkey, ham, and roast beef club (on toasted white) came with just turkey on ""untoasted"" white bread. Order a chicken parm with no sauce and you will get extra sauce. Once in a while, a mistake is acceptable. When it is an ongoing problem, it gets to you after a while. They could actually take some lessons from McDonald's--I am not kidding. Bottom line, food is very good; take out service is the worst I have ever seen.
