My girlfriend and I have been working about a block away from this location for a few months and have just moved in to an apartment near it, so we've been in there a fair number of times. We originally went into it one morning hoping it'd have some of the more authentic Mexican breakfast items, like Machaca and Chorizo and were not disappointed... And have since tried a bunch of the other menu items. We usually get their burritos -- they've got a fairly wide selection of them, all in the $3-$4 range, all nice and large (over a pound) and served in a grilled tortilla that tastes like they make it in-house. The only thing we're less than completely happy about is that they only take *cash* and that the in-store ATM involves a $2 surcharge.
