We purchased a cedar fence from Elcar and were told to call any time the gate needed adjustment. Well pole broke off that holds gate, and when we called was told it would be 800 dollars to fix. I can understand charginga fee, but 800 dollars for one pole seems a little high. Representative was very short on the phone when he found out all we wanted was a repair, and were told to contact a handy man if we wanted it done cheaper.
Pros: part of fence that was installed with metal poles held up well
Cons: not interested in repairing work they have done
