We had a horrible experience here! We ordered Pho and Vietnamese iced coffee. The waiter spilled some of the soup onto my husband's pants -- and he didn't even apologize! The Pho was mediocre, hardly any real flavor and too much MSG. Then comes our coffee, it tasted like powdered sugar with very little coffee taste. We asked them for extra coffee. He never returned, so we asked again. In the back we over heard them say ""Charge them extra for it!!"" We understood Vietnamese, so we argued saying we shouldn't get charged for extra coffee since it wasn't that much. They yelled back saying ""We serve to Americans, not Vietnamese. If you dont like it, then leave!"" No one talks to customers like that! Unbelievable. Don't go here, they are horrible!

Cons: EVERYTHING! Bad service, bad food, bad coffee, bad employees, bad owners, bad location.
