always a long wait, consistently bad service, the salesmen and managers do not treat customers with any respect, they rush people through sales and treat them like a burden if they have any questions or problems, i have been treated aggressively and rudely several times at this location when i had issues with a defective phone, when i went to the verizon store on alma school close to the fiesta mall they were more than happy to help me and were even more informed than the employees other location, i HIGHLY recommend that any verizon customers or potential verizon customers visit one of the MANY locations in mesa before visiting this one, i love verizon, and this store is an insult to its normally great service
