the electrician was 45 minutes late even though he had a 4 hour block of time to be here. Then he barely looked at the light and said that he needed parts. After he was gone another hour i called ABC and they couldn't locate him. I finally cancelled the job after ABC had no apologies. Then, a week later i get a bill in the mail for labor and PARTS. They finally dropped the charges ... i guess that's the one good thing i can say about my experience. Oh yeah, and i went to the local home store and figred out how to do it myself. I know some other services provide on-time guarantees and money back if they're late. Pros: not really Cons: just about everything more
