We had the confirmation number and everything for the date that they were to change the service over to us at our new apartment. Instead, they turned it off. On a Friday. And, since the office was emptying out, no one wanted to help us. Same thing on Saturday. They told my husband that they might be able to make it out on Monday, but sometimes it takes a couple days. No showers, no dishwashing, no meals other than the microwave, no heat at night (considering it's still officially winter!), etc. I would love to give my money to a company that wants to give me service, so let me know if you know who their competition is in NW Portland!
Pros: None to mention, since I don't think I can go to anyone else for natural gas
Cons: Can't tell you the value because I haven't gotten a bill!
