The Roger Beasley Volvo of Georgetown service department is among the best I've dealt with, anywhere and for any auto make. I've dealt with Volvo dealers' service departments from NY, CT, TN, VA, and CA. Rick, the Service Manager, is very attentive and responsive to customer needs and wishes. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanations about repairs and preventative maintenance. He is also willing to go the extra-mile to ensure the customer has a great repair/service experience.
