I bought a Tempurpedic Mattress and ""foundation"" from this business. While the mattress is AWESOME! The foundation does not live up to tempurpedic expectations. When I called thinking they had made a mistake with the foundation they gave me the runaround. After the third call the manager proceeded to be extremely hostile and disrespectful. He even went as far as to call me a Kook that has no concept of reality. Avoid this business at all costs. After telling this story to a friend it turns out they have a friend who got the same type of customer service! How do places like this stay in business? Complaint filed with the Better Buisness. Ughh!
Pros: Tempurpedic mattress is amazing.
Cons: Customer Service is horrible. They are liars and theifs.
