This place is the worst place in the world. CC did my color which I was told she is great, actually she is the worst colorist ever. She had an attitude problem, I understand if your having a bad day, but DO NOT take it out on your customer. She WAS NOT listening to me, and the color turned out to be a horrible gold color, that my grandmother has. I was really unhappy with the color, then I was shuffled around so I can get a hair cut. I sat in 3 peoples' chair and my I really wanted to walk out at that point. My hair cut was uneven and the layers were so short it looked like I had an afro b/c I have curly hair. This place is the ""PITS"". DON""T DO IT TO YOURSELF, go somewhere that is knowledgeable.
