go fish has some of the freshest seafood in dallas, so it's a shame that everything we ordered was completely bland. lifeless crab cakes were served with an aioli that could only be described as ""off white"" flavor; even the accompanying microgreen salad was dry! sea bass in saffron broth, though jaundiced, tasted as if it was marinated in tap water. a jerk-seasoned snapper also seemed devoid of essence (the shiraz they recommended along side it would have overpowered it completely). in the end, go fish may be best described as all flash and no substance.
