The guys came out after a snow storm to pull my van from the ditch. It took the driver less than 5-10 minutes total to do the work while I stood there and watched. He didn't pull it out far enough the first time and had to hook back up and pull it out some more. HIS fault, not mine. Still this company told Geico roadside that it was a ""difficult"" job and they charged me $132 which I can not get back from Geico because Greenslade told them it was difficult. I would avoid these people unless you have a fat wallet.
Pros: Did the work.
Cons: Charged me extra for ""difficulty"" so evidently easy jobs are actually hard for these guys.
