I have been going to gladstone's for well over ten years, but over the past few years the service and food has gotten worse and worse. I recently went with family who was visiting from out of town. We made reservations for dinner, and got there more than a half hour early to stand in line to give our name. It took over 40 minutes to get to the hostess desk, and by the time we got there they claimed we were late and they gave away our table. We asked for the manager who claims that they will give tables away if no one shows, even though we were there early. It wasn't until we started raising our voices that they even gave us the time of day. About 20 minutes later they finally seated us. Our food was cold, the bread was stale and we coudln't even get our waiters attention. Two weeks later I went with a large group for a birthday party and we had to wait an hour to seat ten people because they realized booths wouldn't fit us after trying to shove us into every booth they could. Everyone complained that their food was very greasy, cold or undercooked. The waiters dropped the food in one persons lap and didn't even apologize. All I can say is the service is getting sloppier and the food isn't as fresh and tasty as it used to be. If your looking for fresh seafood and good service go elsewhere

Cons: Bad service, very crowded on weekends
