Despite the slow service and lackluster entrees, the Penthouse is still a must see. I met up with some friends for dinner on a Thursday. Upon entering the restaurant, we stepped into an ambiance of beach chic: white hot leather, lacquer and chandeliers punctuated by sweeping sea to city views. This stunning atmosphere draws a crowd, so be forewarned that the boisterous bar crowd which overflows into the dining area forces you and your dining crew to kick your conversation up a few decibels.
