I was originally referred to Brian by a friend of mine who wanted me to see him for my recently repaired rotator cuff. Brian gave me exercises and worked on it with his hands for several weeks. After he restored full range of motion and got me back into golf shape, I have continued to come to him for personal training. I meet with him twice a week and love every minute of it! He gets me doing exercises that help with me my golf game as well and lose some weight... Now my friend better watch out before I kick his butt! What a great place and great staff! A must for any aging baby boomer looking to get an edge!
