I had told SB Toyota about 2 options I wanted on my car. They ended up selling me a car they said had one of the options, but in the end it did not. It had other things on it that I did not request. I felt like the dealership was trying to pass off inventory rather than listen to the customer's request. They also said they would assist me with getting a good price on the other option. Both the sales rep and manager have not done a thing to help me since they received my check. It's been a frustrating three weeks and I know they must be waiting for me to just give up. The sales rep says he has to talk with his manager and then I end up not hearing back from him. I keep having to call back over and over until I get the same response about having to speak with his manager. I guess once the deals is sealed, so is the customer service.\r

On a good note, I do like their service/parts department. I probably just got a bad deal, but unfortunately, it's leaving a sour taste in my mouth about the whole dealership.
Pros: Good service/part department
Cons: They care about the customer until they have your money.
