Bubba J's is one of those unassuming small town places where the locals tend to gather for good food and good conversation. I've eaten there several times and have been consistently happy. The food is always served hot, made fresh and the prices here are very reasonable, especially considering the portion sizes. This is a family owned business and it shows. Service is good, if not a little casual, but you always feel welcome. There's usually at least one member of the family around keeping a watchful eye on the food going out of the grill area and the service. The Steakburger is highly reccomended as is the Brisket Sandwich. Breakfast is available anytime and is just as good as lunch. Be sure to check out the specials too as they change frequently among a variety of comfort foods. The soup here is very good too as it's all homemade. As compared to McDonald's or Dairy Queen, Bubba J's is a tasty alternative to fast food.
Pros: Great Homemade Food, Family Atmosphere, Great Dollar Value, BIG Portions
Cons: No Coke Products, only Pepsi.
