We ordered a jumper for our daughter's birthday party (and even called the day before to confirm) and they never showed up the day of the event. When we tried to call the day of the event they did not answer their phone or return our calls. We had many disappointed children. If you use Jumptime get it in writing! Birthdays are special and should not be ruined by a company that is clearly unprofessional. So sad and still bummed!
