There are few places with coffee that is better than Peets. They also have a selection of baked goods that have never disappointed. However, there's usually a lengthy line, and parking, while not impossible, isn't the easiest. I order basic coffee, so I like to go places that I can dash in and dash out, so I usually bypass Peets because of the line even though the coffee is so good. Try Ettores up the street, although I don't know if they do any of the fancy espresso drinks like Peets.
