I made a reservation to try on wedding dresses two weeks in advance. When I showed up they couldn't find my appointment reservation. To say the least I was treated as an inconvenience. It was not even busy but the receptionist had to pull the dresses for me to try on. Nobody helped me put the dresses on or take them off. They were not very interested in helping me and could care less whether I purchased a dress from them. The shop was dirty and the dresses were in bad condition. I was so upset to say the least. We ended up leaving after only 30 minutes. By far this was the worst experience I had looking for a wedding dress. I would never recommend this bridal shop to anyone!! I only gave this business one star because zero wasn't an option.
