My experience today provided the impetus for me to write this review. Today is the second time that I have gone to Changes only to have them tell me that my appointment has been canceled. The woman working the front counter was quite insolent and cold.\r

The other times that I have gone to Changes, I have received a lacklustre haircut for a quite expensive price.\r

Avoid at all costs.
