Both Dr. Prescott and Dr. Shaw are genuinely concerned about your pet. Their staff is usually very professional, especially the office manager, Patty. They will try to get you as much information you need when calling about your pet. Their AHT, Tina is very sweet and is also very kind with your pet.\r

Their prices of course, aren't supercheap but ask them for an estimate if you are worried about the charges. Dr. Prescott is a general practice veterinarian and will refer you to a specialist when the need arises. They are very kind when you have to put a pet down, you may stay with your deceased pet as long as you like. They even wrapped our little kitty (who was 17) in his favorite blanket for his trip to the crematoriam.\r
